SERVICES
We provide the following services: inventory reports, check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections. Our prices are competitive and we prepare reports for estate agents and landlords, protecting everyone involved including the tenants. Our clerks are completely independent and fully insured.
FAIR WEAR AND TEAR
We follow the AIIC's guide to fair wear and tear when it comes to establishing what is damage and what is considered 'reasonable use of the premises and the ordinary operation by natural forces'. By using the guide, it is clear to all involved what guidelines we follow and it takes the emotion out of the situation.
TENANCY DEPOSIT PROTECTION
Effective from 6th April 2007, the landlord must put the deposit in a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme (TDP) if the propert is rented on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement (AST)
